by Solace Instructor, Gianna Zridarcic
"My goal was and will always be to create great quality Pilates products for busy instructors like myself. Pilates is often gatekept and Pilates gear has a huge barrier to entry with such unrealistic prices.
Baremä was created to take you throughout your entire busy day; workout, home, school, work, home repeat. Without the scary price tag of other Pilates brands.
That’s how and why Baremä was created."
Solace X Baremä

Hi! I'm Gianna, but you can call me Gia!
My Pilates journey began in Miami after I stepped away from a 10-year career in competitive cheerleading. I was looking for a way to rebuild my strength and reconnect with movement in a more restorative way. I decided to get a Pilates membership, and I instantly fell in love with the method.
After practicing for about a year, I decided to pursue my first Pilates certification. I completed my certification around the same time I graduated high school and began teaching immediately while attending university. Over the next several years, I fell in love with helping people understand their bodies and experience movement in a way that feels both challenging and restorative.
After three years of teaching, I decided to deepen my education even further and earned a second certification in Classical Pilates. Learning more about the classical method, intentional movement and the body’s ability to rehabilitate and strengthen has continued to shape the way I teach.
Today, I’ve been practicing Pilates for about six years and teaching for 4.5 of those. Teaching and movement are still two of my favorite things, and I feel incredibly lucky that I get to turn something I love into a career. My goal in every class is to help you feel stronger, more connected to your body, and more confident in the way you move!
