We strive to make receiving your Solace merchandise simple and stress-free. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Delivery times vary by carrier but typically range from 3–7 business days within the United States.
We currently ship to all U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.
Local Pickup
We do not currently offer in-studio pickup, but this option may be added in the future as our retail offerings expand.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
Returns
Unworn items—including socks and apparel—may be returned for free within 30 days of delivery.
