Solace Pilates & Yoga — Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Solace, we strive to create a supportive and transparent membership experience. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below.


Membership Cancellations

All memberships renew automatically each month.
You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date to prevent renewal.

  • Cancellations made before your upcoming billing cycle will stop future charges.

  • Cancellations made on or after the billing date will apply to the following month, and the current month is non-refundable.

  • Membership dues already processed cannot be refunded.

To cancel, simply contact us or manage your membership through your account.


Class Packages & Drop-In Sessions

All class packages and drop-in sessions are final sale and non-refundable once purchased.
Unused classes may not be transferred or exchanged.


Merchandise Returns (Socks & Apparel)

We offer free returns on all unworn merchandise, including socks and apparel.

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn items.


Events & Workshops

All workshop and special event purchases are final unless the event is canceled by Solace.
