Solace Pilates & Yoga — Terms of Service

Welcome to Solace Pilates & Yoga. By accessing or using our studio, website, classes, services, or amenities, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Memberships & Billing

  • Memberships renew automatically each month on the date of initial sign-up.

  • You may cancel your membership at any time prior to your next billing date to avoid renewal charges.

  • Membership fees already processed are non-refundable.

  • Solace Pilates & Yoga may adjust pricing with advance notice.

2. Class Reservations & Attendance

  • Class reservations are required for all sessions.

  • Late arrivals may not be admitted for safety reasons.

  • No-shows and late cancellations are subject to the studio’s cancellation policy as displayed at the time of booking.

3. Use of Facilities

Members agree to use the studio, equipment, sauna, cold plunge, child-watch area, and all other amenities in a safe and respectful manner.
Improper use of facilities may result in loss of access or membership suspension.

4. Health & Safety

By participating in any class or activity at Solace, you affirm that:

  • You are physically capable of participating in Pilates, yoga, and related activities.

  • You assume all risks associated with physical exercise.

  • You will follow instructor guidance and safety protocols at all times.

Solace reserves the right to ask any participant to stop an activity if safety becomes a concern.

5. Merchandise

Unworn apparel and socks may be returned within 30 days for a refund.
Worn items cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

6. Community Conduct

Solace is built on respect, safety, and connection. To protect the wellbeing of members, staff, and the broader Solace community:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any membership at any time if a member’s behavior is harmful, disruptive, threatening, unsafe, discriminatory, or otherwise incompatible with the values of Solace Pilates & Yoga.

This includes conduct in classes, in-studio, online, or in communication with staff or other members.

Membership termination decisions are made at the discretion of Solace management and may take effect immediately.

7. Personal Belongings

Solace is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the studio, lockers, or common spaces.

8. Changes to Services

We may update class schedules, instructors, amenities, or service offerings at any time to improve operations and ensure a high-quality experience.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating at Solace, you agree that Solace Pilates & Yoga, its owners, staff, and instructors are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages that occur on the premises or during participation in any class or activity, except where prohibited by law.
