Pilates + Community
There is no wellness without community. At Solace, you’ll find a space where women genuinely support one another, along with room to stay, connect, and slow down. With Solace Childcare, you’re able to fully step into that time for yourself, knowing your little one is cared for just steps away.
Our seven talented instructors are trained to guide you through a range of class modalities that will enhance your body and mind in different ways, whether that’s building strength and control or supporting recovery and mobility.
With small class sizes, you’re not just taking a class, you’re being guided, which allows beginners to feel supported and experienced clients to continue refining and progressing.
Whether you’re here for strength, stillness, or a reset, Solace is designed to feel like your second home.

Welcome to Solace
Hi, my name is Isabella. Over the past few years, I’ve watched the Pilates scene in my hometown of Orlando grow quickly. While that growth has brought more awareness to Pilates, it has also made many studios feel more commercial and less personal.
I'm excited for you to meet our team: Angela, Bianca, Jaylen, Joelle, Leia, Paige & Poli. We want to help you push your body to its limits, and foster a bond in our studio that grows your sense of connection and belonging.
Our goal is for every class to feel challenging, supportive, and grounded in real community.
Solace is your home. You'll build strength, make lifelong friends, and feel supported, both during class and beyond it.
If you have any questions, want to learn more, just let me know! I will personally give you a tour of our space. You can reach me directly at 689-312-6290.

Bianca
Hi, I’m Bianca and I teach Mat Pilates and Sculpt at Solace!
Born and raised in Orlando, I grew up with a strong athletic foundation, spending years playing volleyball as a libero and setter. After experiencing multiple injuries that ultimately led me to step away from competing, I shifted my focus to rebuilding my strength in a more sustainable way. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Advertising from Florida International University, and along the way, discovered a passion for weightlifting and the art of intentional programming.
When lingering injuries began to limit my movement, I turned to Pilates as a way to restore my body improving mobility, increasing flexibility, strengthening my core, and reconnecting with the principles of control and precision. What started as a personal healing journey quickly evolved into a deeper purpose, leading me to pursue teaching.
My classes are rooted in building community, connection, and fostering great energy. I bring a bold, uplifting presence to every session and encourage everyone to show up exactly as they are. My goal is simple: help you move better, feel stronger, and leave class at least 1% better than when you walked in. I can’t wait to meet you on the mat!

Jaylen
Hi, I’m Jaylen! I’m a Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor, born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. I’ve been an athlete my entire life, playing basketball from age five through my collegiate career at Penn State, where I also studied Speech Pathology.
After several injuries, I retired from basketball and transitioned into professional wrestling with the WWE. But, the physical toll of an ACL tear, two meniscus tears, and two labrum tears eventually caught up with me. I became a Certified Personal Trainer and started lifting heavy every day, I found myself constantly sore, with old injuries frequently flaring up.
I then turned to Mat Pilates to rehabilitate my own body, and it quickly became my passion. I was then inspired to start my Certification in Pilates and it became my mission to help those who were experiencing any injury, soreness or pain to heal through movement but also help them to feel stronger than before.

Joelle
Hi, I’m Joelle! I’m teaching Reformer Pilates at Solace!
I’m a certified health coach, holistic health practitioner, and Pilates instructor with over 20 years of experience. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Florida State University and blend my professional expertise with a deep passion for mindfulness and fitness.
As a mom of four, I specialize in helping families find balance through personalized nutrition, Reiki, and movement. I love teaching because I’m driven to empower others to heal through informed choices and uncover their full potential. My mission is to create a nurturing environment where clients can achieve vibrant health and live a more balanced, revitalized life.

Leia
My name is Leia Collado! I teach Mat Pilates, Yoga and Sculpt at Solace.
I’m Latina, born and raised in the Dominican Republic, and moved to Fort Lauderdale at a young age before heading to Orlando for college. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biology from UCF in 2023, and right after graduating, I jumped into the yacht and sailboat industry. After a year of the yacht life, I realized my heart was pulling me in a different direction, toward fitness!
My love for movement started early. I remember going to yoga classes with my mom in middle school and thinking the instructors were the coolest people on earth. That feeling stuck with me, and years later, I finally decided to turn that inspiration into a career.
My classes are all about community, energy, and pushing past what you thought your limits were, while still having fun along the way.
I pride myself on being your friend both on and off the mat. Expect to sweat, feel empowered, and leave class stronger in every way.

Paige
Hi, I’m Paige! I’m a Florida native, born and raised in Orlando. I teach Mat Pilates at Solace! I graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Environmental Science, and spent some time working in a lab before realizing my passion was working with people.
I’ve been teaching Biology and Environmental Science to high school students since 2022, and I love bringing energy, encouragement, and a positive mindset into everything I do. Whether I’m in the classroom or the studio, I’m all about helping people feel confident, motivated and happy!

Poli
Poli is a former professional ballet dancer trained at the San Francisco Ballet School, the Royal Ballet School in London, with additional immersion at the Royal Danish Ballet to name a few. Her elite classical foundation informs her precision, discipline, and refined understanding of movement mechanics.
With over a decade of Pilates teaching experience, Poli has worked across athletic, performance-based formats as well as in post-rehabilitative settings, supporting clients transitioning from physical therapy back into full strength. Her teaching blends performance-level awareness with sustainable, functional strength.

Her work bridges art, biomechanics, and leadership in the industry bringing a practice that builds power, awareness, and confidence from the inside out.
FAQs
Is Pilates beginner-friendly?
Yes :) Every class includes options for first-timers. Instructors demonstrate each movement and offer modifications.
Mat or Reformer—where should I start?
You can’t go wrong. If you want extra guidance and support, start with Reformer Foundations. Prefer bodyweight work? Try Mat Foundations. We’ll help you choose.
Will it help with back or joint pain?
Pilates is low-impact and designed to strengthen the core and improve alignment. Tell your instructor about any history; we’ll modify as needed. Always follow your clinician’s guidance.
I’m pregnant or postpartum—can I attend?
Yes, with medical clearance. We provide trimester-appropriate and postpartum options. Please arrive a few minutes early to discuss modifications.
Will Pilates complement my running/lifting?
Pilates strengthens deep core support, hip/ankle mobility, and posture, so you transfer force better and move with less strain.
Our lifters can expect steadier bar path, easier bracing, better squat/deadlift depth, and less low-back fatigue. Runners see smoother cadence, longer efficient stride, lower effort at the same pace, and fewer nagging aches.
